Privacy policy
What this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
If you join the email list, we collect your email address so we can send you new music, release news and occasional offers.
If you buy music, checkout is handled by Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe or PayPal. We receive your name, email address and order details so we can deliver your download. We never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider (Netlify) automatically record basic technical information such as your browser, device type and pages visited.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that uses cookies to measure visits and actions such as playing a preview, tapping a streaming link or making a purchase. It helps us understand which songs connect with people and show our ads to people likely to enjoy the music. You can control ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.
Videos only load from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) when you choose to play them. Links to Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms take you to their sites, which have their own privacy policies.
How we use it
We use your information to deliver purchases, send the emails you signed up for, answer your messages and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run this site and store: Payhip, Stripe and PayPal for purchases, our email service for the mailing list, Netlify for hosting, and Meta for the analytics described above. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email whitefiretruth@gmail.com to unsubscribe, ask what information we have about you, or ask us to delete it.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
