WHITEFIRE is the project of Carl Prox, born out of the loss of his infant son, Elijah, and a return to a settled Christian faith. Following his earlier project PROX and its 2018 debut Transcend the Skies, a record about searching, WHITEFIRE picks up the story from a place of conviction rather than questions.
Its debut album, Truth in the Ashes, confronts deception, grief and cultural noise across 22 tracks, always pointing back to the One who brings beauty out of ashes. WHITEFIRE isn't built to promote an artist. It's built to point people toward Jesus Christ.
BackgroundSon of a professional drummer who studied under Murray Spivack and a gifted vocalist and guitarist. Former worship drummer. The World Race (2011). U.S. Army Infantry veteran and author of Armor Your Mind.
